《NCC組織法》修法三讀 落實刪除延任條款

立法院院會今（15）日三讀通過《NCC組織法》修正案，針對上會期已通過的刪除萬年延任條款增訂條文，規定行政院必須在今（2024）年12月1日施行，也就是說代理主委翁柏宗將無法再延任，必須在12月1日當天卸任。不過，到時候NCC僅剩3名委員，卻有多達104個審議項目，恐將停擺。民進黨團認為，不應為了政治目的，癱瘓民生業務；國民黨團表示可盡速排審NCC人事案。
