內湖3層樓高水泥塔砸向馬路 騎士閃避不及骨折送醫

台北市內湖區今（15）日上午11時多，一處新建工地內的水泥塔突然倒塌，1名路過的35歲騎士閃避不及直接撞上，救護人員到場發現他右膝蓋處骨折、腫脹，並送往內湖三總。事發地點緊鄰捷運文湖線，建管處表示，初步研判是因為支架固定不良導致結構失穩，已依《建築法》開罰承造人9萬元罰款，並勒令停工。
