113年度設置防水閘門(板)專案補助計畫

防水閘門申請作業流程

  • 緣起為鼓勵本市市民於建築物出入口設置防水閘門（板），減少因颱風、豪雨造成積水進入建築物，導致市民生命財產之損失，特訂定本計畫(以下簡稱計畫)。
  • 申請事項及應行注意說明：
  • 本計畫補助對象及條件規定，由各區區公所調查統計重災區淹水受災戶及設置防水閘門(板)意願，由受災戶自行招商設置，申請補助者應於本計畫施行期間內向所在地區公所提出申請(以區公所收件日期及時間為準)，逾期不予受理。
  • 設置防水閘門(板)材質以鋁合金材質或不銹鋼材質為原則，高度以100分(含)以上，最高補助金額以不超過下列各款規定為原則(不包含後續維護費用);第三款至第八目所規定補助額度，依其設置寬度按比例增減計算:
  1. 地下室車道出入口為單車道:新臺幣五萬五千元。
  2. 地下室車道出入口為雙車道以上:新臺幣十一萬元。
  3. 一樓出入口寬度一公尺以下(含一公尺):新臺幣一萬五千元。
  4. 一樓出入口寬度逾一公尺、二公尺以下:新臺幣四萬四千元。
  5. 一樓出入口寬度逾二公尺、三公尺以下:新臺幣五萬五千元。
  6. 一樓出入口寬度逾三公尺、四公尺以下:新臺幣七萬一千元。
  7. 一樓出入口寬度逾四公尺、五公尺以下:新臺幣八萬八千元。
  8. 一樓出入口寬度逾五公尺:新臺幣十一萬元。
  • 申請者應於設置防水閘門(板)完成後三十日內備齊收據(或發票)等憑證及施工前後之照片、向建築物所在區公所申請查驗，逾期不予補助。但有特殊情況經報請區公所同意展期者，不在此限;並以展延一次為限。
  • 有下列各款情事之一案件，不予補助:
  1. 依建築技術規則建築設計施工編4-1條規定，自民國100年7月1日以後申請建築執造之建築物者。
  2. 前已獲同類型補助案件。
  3. 重複申請補助。已獲其他單位(機關)補助同一項目。
  4. 經查驗為不合格或與核定內容不符，且未於指定日期理改善完成。
  5. 公有建築物。
  • 民眾應檢具當年度收據(或發票)，向區公所提出申請。
  • 餘詳如各附表規定。
