北分署員工輕生調查出爐 勞動部長：主因為工作量大

勞動力發展署北分署員工11月4日被發現在辦公室死亡，各界矛頭指向北分署署長謝宜容職場霸凌。勞動部長何佩珊今（19）日公布調查結果，認為與霸凌沒有直接相關，不證實該員工確實長期處於高壓、工作量過大的狀態。而分署長謝宜容的管理方式、情緒控管，被認為的確有不當，降調為非主管職。
