香港泛民派45人遭重判 成顛覆國家政權罪判刑首例

香港民主派初選案，又稱「香港47人案」，是香港第一起顛覆國家政權罪案件，共有47位泛民派人士被控「串謀顛覆國家政權罪」。今（19）日判決出爐，有45人被判刑，香港大學前副教授戴耀廷被視為主謀，被重判10年；前香港眾志秘書長黃之鋒被判4年8月。總統府譴責中共壓制言論自由，證明一國兩制不可行；陸委會則呼籲港府釋放關押人士。
