深呼吸運動會館明年易主 市長關切南市府邀業者協商保護消費者權益

本市5家深呼吸運動會館,於本月8日公告將從明年1月1日起由世界健身(World Gym)俱樂部接手經營,相關會員權益轉換、契約終止及票券退費等問題,引發消費者疑慮,黃偉哲市長非常重視消費者權益維護,指示體育局、法制處應主動介入要求業者盡速提出合理解決方案,務必使消費者權益獲得保障。

    法制處表示,健身中心經營權轉換影響消費者權益甚鉅,已於14日邀集深呼吸運動會館、世界健身俱樂部及目的事業主管機關本府體育局共同召開協商會議,就可能損及消費者權益之事項,要求業者提出說明並商議解決方案。

經溝通協調後,會中達成協議如下:
一、健身單次券
    將於消費者提出退款申請日次日起7個工作日內完成審核,並自申請日次日起10個工作日內通知消費者持單次券正本至原購買場館完成退款程序。
二、會籍(含團體課程)、私人教練課程:
    世界健身俱樂部於113年12月1日起將有專人進駐5家深呼吸運動會館向會員說明會籍轉換相關事宜,包含課程規劃、師資安排及會籍期間轉換比例等,會員了解後可自行選擇是否轉換會籍或辦理退費。如會員選擇退費,自113年12月1日起可由本人攜帶會員卡及個人證件至原申辦會館辦理。私人教練課程退費方式亦同。
三、113年12月31日以後仍可至會館辦理健身單次券、有效期限內之會籍及私人教練課程退費或轉換會籍之申請,由世界健身俱樂部現場人員受理並轉知深呼吸運動會館聯絡窗口處理。深呼吸運動會館屆時亦會對外公告相關聯絡人及聯絡方式,消費者可逕洽辦理。
    
    法制處要求業者應儘速於官網及粉絲專頁公告上開事項及相關細節,並將持續與體育局共同督促業者切實依照協商內容履行。請消費者檢視自己持有之健身單次券及會員契約,依前開方式聯繫業者辦理。如因本事件有相關消費疑義,可撥打「1950」消費者服務專線諮詢,或向本府消費者服務中心提出申訴,確保自身權益。
