颱風天兔暴風圈觸及恆春半島 南灣沙灘拉封鎖線海巡勸離遊客

受天兔颱風的外圍環流影響，恆春半島風雨從中午開始明顯增強，後壁湖漁港的漁船全回到港內避風浪，墾丁沿海也拉上封鎖線，海巡持續巡邏並勸離觀浪遊客。由於天兔暴風圈下午已觸及恆春半島，被列為土石流警戒區域的滿州分水嶺部落等地，下午也開始預防性撤離居民。
