台南遊蕩犬攻擊馬匹釀3死2傷 市府：加強圍捕不回置

已有30多年歷史的台南市立馬術場，去（2023）年整修成符合國際比賽的標準場地後委外經營，但卻傳出有遊蕩犬闖入，攻擊寵物馬及比賽馬，造成3死2傷。市府回應這區的遊蕩犬對人民財產造成損害，將加強圍捕，遊蕩犬捉到後也不會再放回。
