民生污水處理5G智慧升級 黃偉哲盼打造水資源永續循環新典範

台南市持續推動智慧城市建設,在水資源管理領域再突破創新。在國家發展委員會的支持下,台南市政府智慧發展中心與水利局合作推動「台南市民生污水廠5G智慧管理示範驗證計畫」,以永康水資源回收中心為示範場域,透過智慧科技升級,來因應複雜的水質變化和數據管理挑戰,邁向資源永續循環新里程碑。

 

台南市長黃偉哲表示,永康水資源回收中心是全國首座公共污水處理廠與再生水廠合併設計興建案例,藉智慧科技來提升營運效率和供水韌性,是打造永續城市的具體實踐。這項創新將為南科園區半導體產業提供更穩定、高品質的水資源,同時也為全台灣的水資源管理樹立新標竿。期待這套解決方案未來能推廣到全市其他水資源回收中心。

 

台南市副市長趙卿惠代表市長黃偉哲出席成果發表會時提到,從水利局發展的水情APP,直到今天的「污水廠5G智慧管理示範驗證計畫」,一路走來見證了許多台南走向智慧城市發展的重要里程碑。

 

趙卿惠指出,再生水是將處理後的民生用水,輸送到高科技產業做運用,所以水質監測就非常重要。此次計畫導入了許多高科技和創新技術,提高資料準確性,並提前預測水質變化,提供的資料數據更有利決策處理。

 

研考會說明,本次計畫導入四大創新方案,包括AIoT(人工智慧物聯網)感測網路、5G專頻專網、區塊鏈技術和生成式AI。

 

首先,AIoT感測網路作為水質監測的「智慧前哨」,在外部關鍵位置增設感測器,提前30分鐘預知水質變化。創新設備如大型垃圾辨識系統、油脂監測器和智慧型水位計,有效掌握進水狀況,防範異常。其次,5G專頻專網以高速傳輸數據,確保即時性並支持未來擴充。區塊鏈技術則為數據「上鏈」存證,確保其真實性,提升系統可信度。最後,生成式AI學習專家知識,提供快速處理建議,增強應變效率。

 

研考會強調,透過這些技術的協同運作,將提升永康水資中心的營運效能,為台南市的水資源管理開創新局。
